INSTALLATION:
- Kembla copper fittings are designed to fit the end diameter of the tube closely for maximum joint strength. Any damage to the tube end should be repaired or cut off before making a joint.
- The ends of copper tube should be cut square to maintain the required overlap between the tube and fitting.
- Silver brazing is recommended for joints. Excess flux should be removed from around the joint after completion.
- Care should be taken not to overheat the tube or fitting in the brazing process.
